Omron Fat Loss Monitor with Scale

Obtain a more complete picture of your current level of health than by weighing alone. Get accurate Weight, Body Fat % and BMI in seconds. As you exercise and build muscle, your overall muscle percentage will increase, while your total body fat percentage—the more significant figure—will go down. The Omron Fat Loss Monitor automatically calculates your body fat percentage using the body fat tissue amount, your height, weight, age and gender information. The Fat Loss Monitor with Scale sends a safe, low-level electrical current through your body to calculate the amount of body fat tissue. This is known as the Bioelectrical impedance (BI) method.

Chair Massage Training Video

At a Health Expo one of the most appreciated services is the five-minute anti-stress massage, or simply called chair massage. This H.E.R. massage video was produced to assist you in training staff to do effective chair massages. The video covers each step in the procedure and includes a review practice session at the end. If you have a partner that you can practice with, you can begin to learn immediately as you follow the instructor.
