Discover Your Health Age program

This program, based on the same well-known Alameda County Longevity Study where scientists studied the relationship of lifestyle practices and longevity, has been completely redesigned and supports helpful features such as the ability to download updates to the program automatically from the Internet. All updates, periodic maintenance fixes, new features and additional language support can be detected and optionally installed automatically while connected to the Internet.

This program, based on the same well-known Alameda County Longevity Study where scientists studied the relationship of lifestyle practices and longevity will calculate the differences common lifestyle choices will have on age and longevity. The program provides a good basis for further health counseling.

• Works with your computer’s language and culture settings. When new language translations are completed, you can choose how numbers should be formatted on the report based on Language-Culture pairs, for example, Spanish-Spain, or Spanish-Mexico.
• Coming soon is the ability to pool the statistics of the whole group screened.
