| From March 27 to 30, 2004 the International Temperance Association organized in cooperation with the Municipality of Sintra the largest Health Expo in Portugal that far. Within the 4 days of the Expo there were more than 2000 visitors going through the various screening stations. Several billboards throughout the town were advertising the event. Sunday night there was a 5 minute report on the evening news of the National TV station. The response the next day was overwhelming. At the time of the opening of the Expo there was a queue of people waiting in front of the entrance that was about 70 meter long. Everybody involved was overwhelmed with the enormous feedback this program showed in the local community.
